REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:

- Having a place of business and registering business activities in accordance with Vietnamese law.

- Signed the contract of accepting card payment with Vietcombank and committing to comply with all laws and regulations of international banks and commercial joint stock commercial banks relating to the acceptance of card payment.

- Not included in the list of high risk cardmembers or card payment termination according to the Notification of International Registrars.

- Not included in the list of "problematic" units in terms of financial capacity, ability to pay debts, trust in payment.

PROCEDURES FOR CUSTOMERS PREPARING FOR POS MACHINE REGISTRATION:

- Notarized copy of business registration.

- Copy of ID card of the head of unit.

- Minutes of meetings of the Members' Council, for companies with many capital-contributing members.

- Authorization of the authorized person for the other representative of the unit to sign the contract and account transactions with the bank.

- A copy of opening an account if the unit opens an account at another bank

- Card acceptance contract signed with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (details)

- Other documents required by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam.
